CATHY ISAACS
Chief Executive Officer
Cathy Isaacs joined 3T in 2007 as CEO. Prior to joining 3T, Cathy served as President/CEO of ICS, a marketing firm specializing in information collection and data management. From 1981 to 1997, Cathy worked for FISI- Madison Financial. During her tenure at FISI she served as both VP of Operations and VP of Sales for their Insurance Services Group. Cathy is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
MICHAEL J. KOVAC
President & CTO
Mike Kovac has been with 3T for eleven years. Prior to joining 3T, Mike was a consultant in network system design and software development. From 1985 to 1988, he developed and maintained applications for Illinois Food Retails Association, Chatfield Dean Investments, and other firms. He also provided technical programming expertise for the Northern Illinois Soccer League, the Illinois Soccer League, and other soccer associations. In addition, he developed applications for Kukla Press, Webmasters, and other Web printing organizations. Mike earned his B.S. in Computer Science from Devry Institute of Technology.
WILLIAM G. HEIM
Director
Bill served as President and CEO of 3T from late 1999 until January 2008. Bill Heim joined 3T in early 1999 as executive vice president. Under Bill's leadership, the company formalized the 'total solution' of customized software, hardware and service and the three distinct channels of distribution. In the fourth quarter of 1999, Bill approached Tom Black to form an investor group, which successfully acquired and recapitalized the company. Before joining 3T, Bill served as President and CEO of Bankers Resource Group. From 1985 to 1996, Bill worked at FISI-Madison Financial, a Cendant company, where he held various positions including managing director of Latin America and the Caribbean.
THOMAS L. BLACK
Director
Tom Black is a co-founder and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Private Business, Inc. Tom was senior vice president of sales at FISI-Madison Financial Corporation, and was instrumental in the introduction of a number of new products to the financial industry. He served as the Chairman of 3T from December 12, 1999, through January 2001. Tom is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University.
JEFFERY J. KEITH
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Keith has held principal, executive and director positions in a number of business ventures, both public and private. Before joining 3T, he served as vice president of Sterk's Super Foods, Inc., with responsibility for real estate, human resources, corporate finance and administration. As executive vice president and chief financial officer for Currency Express, Inc., Jeff managed all aspects of the company, which processed $60 million in transactions annually. Jeff serves on the Tennessee Bankers Association Strategic Technology Committee. Jeff earned his B.S. in Economics and Management and his M.B.A., from Purdue University. He attended the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and earned a graduate degree from the Stuart Graduate School of Business at the Illinois Institute of Technology. He has been admitted to IIT's Ph.D. program.
