History Transaction Tracking Technologies, Inc. (3TSM) was founded in June, 1997 as successor to the former AOIS Transaction Tracking, Inc. The company was an early pioneer in MICR laser printing and helped develop the industry standards still in effect today. In the early 1990s, the company invested millions of dollars in technological development, simultaneously building a loyal customer base. In late 2001, an investor group acquired and recapitalized the company. Its headquarters office was relocated from St. Petersburg, Florida to Nashville, Tennessee, and its technical division moved to Tampa, Florida. |
