Thomas L. Black
Chairman of the Board
Tom Black is a co-founder and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Private Business, Inc. Tom was senior vice president of sales at FISI-Madison Financial Corporation, and was instrumental in the introduction of a number of new products to the financial industry. He served as the Chairman of 3T from December 12, 1999, through January 2001. Tom is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University.
William G. Heim
Chief Executive Officer
Bill Heim is the CEO of 3T Solutions. Bill joined 3T in early 1999 as executive vice president. Under Bill´s leadership, the company formalized the ´´total solution´´ of customized software, hardware and service and the three distinct channels of distribution. In the fourth quarter of 1999, Bill and Tom Black formed an investor group which successfully acquired and recapitalized the company. Before joining 3T, Bill served as President and CEO of Bankers Resource Group. From 1985 to 1997, Bill worked at Cendant, where he held various positions including managing director of Latin America and the Caribbean.
Executive Vice President of Technology
Brandon Buell began his career at 3T in 2009 as Director of Technical Support, graduating with a masters degree from MTSU the following year. In 2015, Brandon was promoted as Executive Vice President of Technology, where he leads all aspects of 3T's technology and support.
Senior Vice President of Operations and Compliance
Jessica Hartsell was hired in 2014 after taking time off from the workforce to start a family. She has a background in the hospitality industry and a Bachelors of Science degree from MTSU. After entering back into the workforce with 3T, Jessica quickly earned the roll of Executive Assistant to Bill Heim. She then was promoted to Director of Operations and most recently Senior VP of Operations and Compliance.
Senior Vice President of Business Development
Matt has more than 21 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining 3T, he held positions with Franklin Square Capital Partners (2011-2016), Deutsche Bank (2003-2011) AIM Investments (1997 – 2003) and Hartford/Planco (1995 – 1997). Matt received his BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA®).
