Thomas L. Black
Chairman of the Board

Tom Black is a co-founder and serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Private Business, Inc. Tom was senior vice president of sales at FISI-Madison Financial Corporation, and was instrumental in the introduction of a number of new products to the financial industry. He served as the Chairman of 3T from December 12, 1999, through January 2001. Tom is a graduate of Southwest Missouri State University.

Jessica Hartsell
President

Jessica Hartsell was hired in 2014 after taking time off from the workforce to start a family. She has a background in the hospitality industry and a Bachelors of Science degree from MTSU. After entering back into the workforce with 3T, Jessica quickly earned the roll of Executive Assistant to Bill Heim. She then was promoted to Director of Operations and most recently Senior VP of Operations and Compliance.
